The first section will discuss the theoretical concepts. This will entail discussing organisation storytelling and Bojes main concepts (narrative, living stories, antenarratives).This will be followed by an explanation of what quantum physics of storytelling means for change management and finally, an explanation of Kotters 8-stage model of change to show how storytelling can help in managing change successfully. The second section will cover indepth analysis of theoretical concepts using a practical study with variety of narratives.
